University of the Arts, The

Continuing Education programs at UArts are non-degree programs specifically designed for the adult learner. Courses are available in visual art and design, digital technology, music, dance and writing. CE offerings include weekend and evening professional development and personal enrichment courses and workshops. Courses are currently offered on-campus in Center City and off-campus at Staack Woodworking and East Falls Glassworks.

Courses for credit are in compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Education Act 48 and New Jersey Professional Development standards. The Institute also hosts a one-week long intensive art program for educators each summer.
