Small Change is a group of filmmakers and film-lovers that curate and present semi-monthly shows of contemporary independent and experimental film and video art at a range of non-traditional venues throughout the city of Philadelphia. Small Change accepts submissions of short experimental films and videos in DVD, Mini-DV or 16mm film formats.
