The Mazzoni Center supports the well-being and physical and mental health needs of sexual minorities and other high risk groups by providing primary healthcare and HIV/AIDS services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. They also offer counseling and support group services. The Mazzoni Health Center accepts most major insurers.  For those without insurance, services are offered on a sliding scale fee. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
