Field, The
The Field's mission is to serve independent performing artists from all aesthetic viewpoints, cultural backgrounds, and levels of development. The Field's programs are directed toward the creation of new work and its dissemination. The Field offers grants, residencies, work space, workshops, and performance opportunities, with certain programs available only to members. There is a fee for membership. Their Independent Performing Artist Resource Center provides career development assistance for a small fee. The Field website contains links to additional organizations that support artists.
