The Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation, along with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry – Bureau of Workforce Development Partnership, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, and Of?ce of Vocational Rehabilitation, operates the CareerLink Philadelphia system of neighborhood centers throughout Philadelphia. With nine neighborhood centers, CareerLink Philadelphia provides employer and job seeker services either online, through the Pennsylvania CareerLink System, or face-­to-­face. At a neighborhood CareerLink Center you can build your resume, access labor market information, attend a workshop, learn about ?nancial aid and train­ing, and get staff assistance.
